Nishizumi Miho is your normal high school girl, who comes from a famous tankery family. All she wants to do is escape her fate of being yet another person to carry on the Nishizumi tradition. So she does what any good Japanese girl does. She gets permission from her mom to run away to a school that does not have a Tankery program, or so she thought.

Upon arriving at the school Miho is pretty much blackmailed into joining the new Tankery program. Not only does she have to join, but as the ringer, she has to also be the captian, in name anyway. Not only that the wonderful school president has promised everyone a first year national victory. Now it is up to Miho to take a rag tag team of girls to the national championship.
