Tatsumi was living his ordinary life. Then one day he found a merman lying near the lake and had the brilliant idea to pick this guy up and take hime home. Since Tatsumi is a push-over he naturally lets the merman freeload off of him and stuff like this. Now Tatsumi has to deal with all sorts of people living in his bathtub. You know and bleeding him of what little money he has.
