You know I hate it when there is a pointless buff or nerf to a character. In this case we get both, what the hell. I mean yeah I guess that there is some kind of message about the futility of revenge.. but geez You do not just suddenly stop having the power to be a bad ass fighter just because you magically got your revenge. Seriously, Alka has become one of those characters who I hate so very much. You know because she was awesome and is no longer awesome because she is too stupid to realize that just because she succeeded does not mean all her skills go away.

I mean yeah okay maybe she was seriously injured in the fight, no she is just fine. No she is just struggling with the fact that since she has never thought for herself before she now has to think. I mean it is not like she has been surviving until now. You know, what with the fact that some how she manages to eat and make money and track down her target. Suddenly she is not capable of doing that? I guess she lacks creativity or something like that. I mean far be it from her to actually think that you can be a body guard without killing people. Geez... I hate it when this happens in anime... this whole realization and rebirth nonsense just pisses me off most days of the week. I just wish that these shows could not cripple someone who is bad ass just because it might make for a slightly longer story. Not that I expect this anime to survive much longer... I mean it might get a season 2 but I am not holding my breath. Plus why watch it if Alka is not going to grow some tits and figure thing out. I mean geez she can sneak into a house undetected and only kill her target, but she cannot figure out what to do with herself after she gets her revenge.... ugh... I hate this about shows... well lets hope that something gets figured out.
