Kotoura is your typical high school girl, except for the fact that she can read minds. While this gift seems like a blessing to some to her it is a curse that has cost her greatly over the years, leaving her alone and bitter. Until one day she meets a boy who seems to be interested in outcasts and then she is recruited by the Paranormal Club. Now all of the sudden she does not have a people who fear and/or hate her. Which opens up a new life for her, at least it appears like she is finally going to be somewhat normal.
