Aikawa Hime is your average tragic high school student. His deadbeat parents are playing around the world and sending him the debt. One day at school he is shaken down by some debt collectors. Lucky for him the misandrious student council is there to save the day and pay off his debt. With the condition that he become the student council Dog. His first order from his master's is to dress like a girl. You know because the all female student council has something against males. Now he is trapped doing something he doesn't want to do in a school filled with other guys who are more than happy to pretend to be females.
