I can't say this one is good, and I cannot say it is bad

Chihiro is a man of terrible luck. And for some reason he is attending a school which decides a student's, well fate based on luck. So given Chihiro's terrible luck it only suits him that he is randomly choosen to be the schools next president. Did I also mention Chihiro does not seem to handle stress very well either? Then there is the fact that some genius decided that, regardless of the drawing, the next presidential candidate must first get approval from the current one. Thus Chihiro's adventure begins.
Armed with little more than his childhood friend, an elementry school psychic, and an anti-social genius with her lesbian masochist assistant. Chihiro must prove that he is worthy of being the president. Whether it is preventing assasinations, greeting aliens, dealing with forgien diplomats, or just keeping himself alive. He must survive and become the next president. Because if he doesn't, well he gets expelled... provided he survives.
Season 1 Episode 8
They cram in a little of everything
Ok so first let me start off by saying whoever drew this series does not know how to draw boobs on females. In the past couple of episodes some of our female friends have worn slightly more revealing outfits, and let me say I did not know they had that size of boobs. Take for instance the ummm ninja chick who runs the store. If you saw her in her work cloths you would see she is about average. However, when she put on her ninja clothes all of the sudden her little ninja shirt can barely contain her boobs. Same goes for the current president. It is a little less of a suprise but still they seemed to grow several sizes when she needed them too. Hmmm maybe I just do not understand enough about the mechanics of boobs to know what is going on.
So let me count the number of things they have attempted to push into this series. First there was the robot. Basically she is comic relief as she can come in many forms. So you also get Mechs from her as well. Then there is the ESPer little girl. Next is the ninjas and samurais. Finally there is the spies. It seems like the author wanted to cram a little of everything in here.
I guess that is his or her choice though. I mean as far as I can tell the only story is getting the current candidates to be the current school administration. And since this show takes place in a school with the power of a small nation I guess any number of things can happen to test the might of our candidates. But at least it is amusing, if anything the dumb ass actions of our android friend makes it all worth it.
