Ok so I understand that the story is supposed to be more about the summer of the friends. However, I hate having these nagging feelings lying around. You know about Ichika being an alien and all. I really hate how it is kind of tossed off. Then again I hate how it suddenly comes back in full force. However, at the same time I cannot really think of a good way to do it either. I mean she did do a lot to try to hide the fact. Eh oh well at least it has finally come out.

Chances are this is something that we can pin on me being an oddball loser. Anyway, I just do not get episodes like this one. I mean I understand that human relations can be just like a house of cards. Still was it really necessary to have all the cards come crashing down now? I guess they did not have many episodes to spread it out over, but still. Having one big crying episode is a bit much right?

Personally I do not really understand why no one took advantage of the situation. You know all these guys and girls were at hormonal highs and no one thinks to take advantage of the situation? Seriously, that is the best time to hook up with people. You swoop in make them feel the exact opposite emotional high and BAM!!!! You have yourself a new mate. Then again, I am not exactly the most sentimental person about these kinds of things.

The title is all I can say about this without just making some huge spoiler. Maybe if you actually watch the anime, you will know what I mean. I have to give the writer's credit. I am hard pressed to say whether or not this is good or bad writing. However, still it was a hilarious thing to just throw in at the very end.

So I want to take the time to remind everyone that Ichika is in fact still from space. You may not have known it based on all the hormone driven mello-drama... but it is still a fact. Granted I think I missed something important in the credits. But sometimes you run out of time and it can be hard to tell. Oh well at least this was just not a wasted set of episodes drawing girls in swimsuits. Though there were too many twists for my tastes.
There was just one twist after another in this one. Some of the twists just seemed random and pointless. Well I guess I will say that all of them seemed random and pointless. I kind of feel bad for Kaito. I mean Kaori is kind of a stupid bitch. Trying to get that quick vacation lay. Then again Kaito is kind of a wuss for not getting himself some. Then of course you have Kanna. You would think that she would have learned that when a tiny girl ninjas into a room. it might be a bad thing. Then she seems to forget what happened the last time she drank Remon's drinks. Oh well, at least she is dumb in some ways too.

I am not sure how I should feel about these little fantasy sequences. I mean they are better now. I can tell when one has started and ended. That was probably my biggest annoyance from the first couple of episodes. The fact that the fantasy sequences were not highlighted as well. Which was... well just weird. Though it does give you an interesting perspective on how people see others

I mean Kiato's view of Ichika are really weird. Ichika is not this super narcissistic bitch like he pretends she is in all of his fantasy sequences. You know come to think of it Ichika thinks the same thing of Kaito... hmmm that is just weird. I guess in your fantasies it is is easier to pretend you are the victim and the person is someone they are not. I guess that makes rejection hurt less.

You know I like Remon-sempai. Yes she is evil and devious and many other things. She would make a great evil sidekick. How much eviler can you be? I mean she got everyone drunk and then went to the effort to put some of very intimate moments on camera for her own amusement... and probably blackmail. She is like an evil ninja. One that I could make do evil things for me for my own amusement. Hmmm how does one go about finding cute evil ninjas to do my evil bidding? Hmmm.....

Anyway right now I am less skeptical about this series. It is actually pretty amusing when you get down to it. There are a lot of just out there obnoxious jokes. Plus most people could easily relate to it... maybe not on a societal level, but definitely on a personal level of some kind. Then again I am getting bored of watching kids stumble around like that. Oh well, I like those sick days where you are just mentally sick. I need to have more of those. Then again.. I could not job hunt if I started taking them.
