Harukana Receive
I will rate this after I am done with other anime and stuff

Haruka has just arrived in Okinawa where some things happen, and she ends up forming a beach volleyball pair with her cousin Kanata. Despite the fact that Kanata had once given up on beach volleyball long ago. Now, this newly formed pair does what any sports anime protagonists do, aim for the nationals. A title incidentally held by the person from Kanata's old partner.
Season 1 Episode 12
It is the End
Well, I do hope that people enjoyed this anime because I cannot see it doing much more. I do not even really want to buy figures from the anime. Oh well, it was an interesting take on an anime to watch while I was bored or drunk. I guess on the bright side I was not so incredibly bored with the anime that I could not power a marathon through. Well, no matter the show is finally over and will be forgotten as one of those huge mistakes that were made by an anime studio.
Season 1 Episode 7
Brutal Honesty
It is so gratifying when someone like Akari appears to the world. She shows up and expects that she can use her cuteness to become famous. Then when she really has to put forth an effort, she realizes that she is sorely mistaken. I guess that things like a volleyball star becoming an idol can happen, but not many people do that kind of thing.
Also, what is the deal with that hoodie she is wearing? Is it a magical hoodie that does not keep you warm? I mean I can see wanting to protect your skin from the sun, I get that I do, but wearing a hoodie in the middle of summer over your swimsuit? Geez, that must be miserable. Well, I guess that this is anime for you. Though, to be honest, I have no idea why she put so much thought into her swimsuit that she is going to be wearing all the time when 90% of the time she is going to be covering it up. That must be a female thing that I will never actually understand.
Season 1 Episode 9
Here Comes the Twist
Yes, it has finally come to pass the moment when someone finds out that there will be a twist to the yuri lovefest. I am very amused to see that no one was stunned by this fact. I guess that it makes sense in the long run. I mean, after all, you cannot see anything from the audience when it comes to beach volleyball. So why would you watch unless you were actually going to enjoy the sport? Still, I do like how they make it out to be all emotional and disappointing that the club which has anointed itself the one true club was upset that they might have to fight for the one position to go to nationals.
Season 1 Episode 2
Well Played Author
You know I am always amused at how hard some people try to make it seem like they genuinely wanted to make an anime/manga about beach volleyball. However, we all know the truth, the one who wrote this did not have the guts to make yuri hentai. That is all that this is, a couple of girls forming a deep bond while bouncing around in swimsuits. I mean I learned more about volleyball from other anime is the first episode than I am pretty sure that I will ever learn from this anime in the entire series. However, I guess I will appreciate the effort in fabricating the lie.
Season 1 Episode 4
Not Very Practical
You know, it seems like wearing a bikini when you are going to be jumping around, and diving in the sand would not be very practical. Well, at least the stylish bikinis that our pairs wear. It seems like you would want to wear something with less potential to get caught on and untied. I mean seriously, I have found beach volleyball in real life, and it looks like the swimsuits are practically glued to their bodies. Not what is in the anime these flimsy tied together pieces of cloth. Oh well, just some random thoughts I know that through anime magic sand will never go into places that would likely cause significant issues nor will anything fall off. Oh well, I guess this is trying to pretend like it is not a fanservice anime.
