The King of the Sun Kingdom and ruler of the world has summoned Princess Nike from the poor far away country of Rain. The exchange is the rain country will be left alone if it provides a princess for the king to marry. Not only that the princesses of the rain country can conjure rain and weather with some kind of Magic. Problem is that it Nike says that it is not something she can just do because the king wants her too. After explaining the conditions, Nike is left with a new task of teaching this ruler about feelings and stuff like that.
