So I really want to know exactly why this anime is getting so much shit in the anime world? I mean from everything I hear it is supposed to be some legendary anime with a huge following that has been begging for an anime for years... or momths.. or something like that. Anyway, regardless I am wondering what the fuck is wrong with this anime? It is no better or worse than any other sports anime.

I think the main reason why this anime is hated is because of the fact that it has males in swimsuits. I have to wonder if that is really a reason to hate an anime? I mean everywhere I go I see pictures of what the cast would look like if it was female.. but... I do not know. I can honestly say that being female would not make it any better for me. I mean it is a traditional sports anime. You have the group of friends, the rival, the genius, and the team. So what just because there is no male fan service this anime sucks?

You know, I think that is it. Most guys seem to forget that anime is not the exclusive domain of males. I mean yeah there are a lot of parts for female fan service... I mean I think that it is fan service... I mean it works the same way that male fan service does. You know slowly panning up to the face. Making sure that sexy parts are showing while a character talks and all that kind of stuff. So I can only assume... but seriously is that the only reason to hate the anime?

I do not know, all I can say is that this anime is no better than any other shounen sports anime. I mean really what the hell is wrong with people these days. This is something different than your regular anime and after the first two episodes it is already shaping up to be better than Girl Und Panzer or any of those other niche animes that are supposed to cater towards niche male otakus.
