This information is fed back to some all knowing super-computer.. or council...or something like that. As long as your brain stays within acceptable parameters. Well then you are ok. However, if your brain goes slightly out of those parameters. You gently urged by the police to go to therapy. Once you go even more outside of those parameters. The police force you to go to therapy. Then eventually you get deemed a lost cause. At which point you are just executed. All of this can happen within a matter of hours.
