Grancrest Senki
I will rate this after I am done with other anime and stuff
I have yet to write this... because I am lazy or something

In Atlatan there are monsters and chaos everywhere killing people and what not. The people who can dispel the chaos are people know as lords who have magical crests. However, that used to be their job. Now they are going around fighting each other for control of the land. You know instead of running around killing monsters and all that jazz
Theo is a new vagrant lord who just wants to liberate his home land. With nothing but his sword and crest he sets out to try and accomplish that. Along the way he meets Siluca, a mage who hates the lords of the world. Siluca takes an interest in Theo after he saves her and decides that she will help him bring happiness to the land.
Season 1 Episode 15
Race to the Finish
Looks like we might not be getting another 13 episodes next season from what I am seeing seems like they are rushing to finish up the rest of this series. Well or are they, when I think about it, I mean these are light novels and I really doubt that there is anything more complicated going on in the novels than in the anime. Still it feels like we are trying to get to the grand climax by the end of season two.
First off, they are killing lots of people off at this point. We had the random aside characters from the Vampire, both dead. We had the twins getting their revenge as a result.... kind of. Then we continue to have the constant magical victories of Theo. Yeah we are trying to keep things going fast
I mean seriously, there is not much in the way of battling in this anime anymore. The first couple of episodes were full of wonderful scenes and tactics and all that great stuff that can make an anime great. However, now we are kind of just limping along towards the end. i mean yeah we get to see the cool flag thing and there are some basic CG fights, but overall we are just getting one fight then the highlights from other fights. I get that not every fight is important but I would think that they are if the hero is the one fighting them.
Season 1 Episode 5
Of Course They Have Them
Okay now we are getting more and more types of beings involved. Huh, well I guess in a world where demons randomly infest and kill things it was only natural for the vampires and werewolves to appear. Though, I do think it is interesting what kind of powers they have. Apparently vampires can live forever and werewolves can regenerate very fast, but not live forever. I am not sure what else there is to really think about in this series but hey everything seems to be flowing towards a neverending plot.
Well at least in every episode it is nice to see that while Theo is a bit of a pushover when it comes to talking and stuff he is not some kind of pussy when it comes to fighting. I mean geez how many times has he taken and ass kicking that he barely survived. Oh well it is kind of cool for him to at last be able to command some people and show some kind of leadership and all that jazz. Yet another idiot who doesn't really know what to do who is managing to make waves. Those are appearing a lot in anime these days.
Season 1 Episode 2
Yup People Die
I like it when the anime that I am watching does not pull punches with people dying but at the same time does not take too much effort in trying to glorify the fact that there is blood in this particular anime. If you get cut by a blade you fall to the ground and some blood comes off which is a nice change. As opposed to what normally happens where blood explodes everywhere and people scream and bleed out and all that jazz. It is a nice change of pace to make it known that people still die but n to having it glorified I really enjoy that.
