Rinka was just your average poor girl. That is until one day she saw a flying penguin and figured that she could sell it and be rich. What she didn't know is that this penguin chases flying fish that only certain people can see. When someone who can see the fish comes into contact with the fish, they are granted some kind of super natural power. Lucky for Rinka she encounters a guy who also has super powers who manages to convince her to join the side of good to fight those who might use their powers for evil. Thus she gets the name "The White-haired Girl".
