Izumi has the unfortunate fate to be born into a family of eccentric entertainers. His mom is/was a model and actress, his father was a singer and now runs an entertainment company... which seems to be solely interested in financing the family bit to be famous. Ten years ago, Izumi's mom was doing a commercial for a wedding and the young child who was supposed to play the girl could not make it. So in her infinite kindness Izumi's mother offered up Izumi, and his abnormal cuteness, to play the girl. Little do they know the problems this will create for them today.

Present day, it is the 10 year anniversary of the wedding company and they want to do a throw back with all the original actors, since the children will be at young marriage age. Through various bribes Izumi decides to participate, once again as the girl. Much to his shock he learns the male actor Ryouma has been in love with this girl Izumi since the day they met 10 years ago. Of course Ryouma also gets to learn that Izumi is in fact a guy. The question is what can Ryouma do now?
