Shinichi is your typical otaku hikikomori, he stays inside all day surfing the web and watching anime, you know instead of being useful to society. On day he finds an advertisement to make money as an otaku. All Shinichi has to do is take the test. A test which he manages to ace with no real problems. This earns him an interview for his first real job. Too bad the interviewer has drugged Shinichi's coffee.

Next thing Shinichi knows he is walking up in an anime fantasy with his very own cute made and everything. When he learns that it is now his job to bring the greatness of otaku culture to a whole new world. A world with elves, empresses, wolf girls, and other things. The catch of course being Shinichi doesn't really have a choice since he did not get to be awake for his transportation. Hopefully he will not cause and interplanetary incident that will result in very bad things happening.
