You know every year I say this year is going to be different and every year things turn out the same. Well this year is no different I guess. NDK is right around the corner and I do not have ANYTHING done on my costume. Surprised, I sure am not. You see I have this annoying tendency to want to watch anime and play video games instead of making a costume. I am not sure why that is. I can come up with any number of excuses, but.. hmmm well this year it is particularly. bad.

You see I decided to do a costume where the Hair color matches the color of the details on the costume. That is a bad idea when you are as much of a slacker as I am. YEs, a very bad idea. Because now I have to wait for my wig to arrive... since I am being lazy... well it will be a close call this time around. Hmm I guess I had better go back and buy my wig after I am done talking about how much I suck at costumes. That way I can be able to say I have committed to a $60 wig I need to get my ass in gear.

Anyway, lucky for me there are a lot of different designs for this character. There are no fancy drawings or anything like that so I can just pull out ye old ruler. That is what has killed me in the past. Most of my costumes require intricate designs and stuff. Me not being an artist makes that MUCH harder to do. However, this year I am ok. Worst comes to worst I just patch work it and say something like I am homeless or something I do not know. That would be nice if I could get away with that. Maybe if I was not such a perfectionist when it comes to this stuff.

Anyway, I guess I had better get back to working. That is going to be the end of me. You see I could find the motivation to work on this after work.. however, that would be too easy right? No I will likely keep on slacking off because that is what I am good at yes? Oh well, I will figure something out and I will figure it out soon. Stupid gym and making me want to play video games.
