Is it just me or are there a lot of dating sims coming out this year? I am serious, it seems like that are a lot more animes that you can call dating sims coming out this season. I am not sure why... has the manga market gone so very stale and dry that no one is coming up with anything that is worth watching? Then again how often does a Manga make it past a year these days? I really hope that this is not the trend that is taken with anime.

Dating sims are only fun because you can play through them multiple times and... well write the story yourself. With anime you just get the one outcome. Plus so few people actually know how to properly dating sim an anime that they just try to cram everything into 12 episodes and call it a worth while anime. I guess they are just running out of ideas. I expect to see lots of swimsuit this season.

After all, what better way to bond than to run around the beach? Uhh god this is going to get boring really quickly. I guess having lots of dating sims means you can market the dating sims... however... I do not know this seems like a waste. Is there really nothing worth watching coming out these days? Oh well, such is the season. At last the girls are cute... even if the animes do get massacred by the censors in an attempt to sell more Blu-Rays.
