So I have been working on the design for the new site again. I have to say I am getting rather annoyed at working with JQuery. I am very close to just writing all the Javascript myself. Literally, I am tired of having to fight with the JQuery styles and my own. I think I will just borrow some design ideas and go from there. It should not be too hard to write some of this stuff. Granted there is no real point in doing that since JQuery is cross-browser compatible. That is where I run into the problems... then again I do not really care most of the time. After all, I do not get enough traffic on this site to really be annoying... anyway I will think about it. Maybe I need to stop using the JQuery extension or something.

Anyway. I guess there was a beta test of Phantasy Star Online 2 this past weekend or something. It brought about some of the funniest bugs anyone could ever see. The main one being boob physics. Now one has to wonder why the hell we need boob physics in an MMO. I am just fine with static boobs if you are going to be in an MMO. I mean think about it for a second. Lets say that I have six female characters on screen. Each of them triggers a boob bounce. That is a lot of calculations that has to be done by my machine. Considering you have to make the characters walk and stuff. I mean why would you do something stupid like have boob physics. It is one thing when it is an offline game... but online... seriously.

Well I am sure that there will be many more annoying bugs that get released as they rush this thing out. That is one thing I have about the net. No one has any need to make a quality product now. Hell even I am just starting to say "Good Enough" for now. Maybe I need to step back a bit. Anyway, just some thoughts I have while I fight this hangover I got from drinking beer. That is a babbling for another time.
