I call this week, the week of the movies because I have not attended so many movies in such a short time in a very long time. Granted so many is really just two movies, but still. I rarely go out and see movies. So I have seen a lot of movies recently.

The first movie I saw was Captain America. Ah yes good old Captain America. I will say Marvel put a bit more effort into that movie. They had too, otherwise the fan boys would be the only ones attending the Avengers movie. The story had a nice pace and was one of the better origin stories out there. So I have to say it was worth the matinée price.

The second movie was Tekken:Blood Vengeance 3D. It is sad that so few Fathom events involve anime movies these days. So my main problem with this movie is that it takes place so deep in the Tekken story. The Tekken story is confusing enough. Overall though I rate it a good movie. For starters the 3D was done correctly. There was an extra layer of depth and clarity added to the movie. They did not waste a bunch of effort making everything pop out at you. It was nice to go relax and watch an anime movie.

Sadly now I am broke T_T I hate that I can buy video games for less than movies these days. Oh well I guess that is life. To be honest I am not sure what else is going to be coming out that I want to see. Then again the movie theater that is near by me has matinée prices of $6 for movies before noon... maybe I should start seeing more movies?
