You know.. I am feeling lazy. I attended an exercise class today. I love those, since they are more social females like them. So they show up en mass and bounce around for me. Adding a degree of difficulty to the work out. It is really hard to look like you are focusing on your workout, and not watching them bend over and bounce around.
