You know all the rain where I live has given me a chance to use my cool umbrella that lights up. Problem is that where I live there is actually wind with the rain. Umbrellas are only useful when the rain falls straight down. With wind the rain falls at an angle. It is really annoying, no matter how I angle my umbrella I can only cover at most. Two thirds of my body. >_> Then again maybe I am just annoyed because I have an awesome glowing umbrella... and I have not put batteries in it. Things get better when they glow.
