You know, everything about this anime has so much potential. I really mean it, you have a setting, you have rising and falling action, and you have character development. So why does this anime suck, well because they squander all of that on fan service. Yes yes, I get it female anime.. but still this is freaking ridiculous. I know that all wrestlers are not known for their modesty, but why can't they wear costumes or something? I mean really, they have this who thing going with wrestling, and only one wrestler actually dresses like a wrestler.

I think that has to be a pretty big thing that annoys me. Only one wrestler actually strives to have a wrestling outfit. The rest of them just... well they go to their local sports shop and pick out a bikini in their favorite color. I get that this is not a huge wrestling company, but still why could the artist have not put a little more thought into the wrestlers' outfits? If you want wrestling in real life, even the new guys have some kind of logo our outfit that they go for. Not this anime, nope it is like watching mud wrestling.

In fact it is worse than watching mud wrestling, at least in mud wrestling there is the potential for boobs to fall out or something. I mean the fun parts of the girls are locked up tighter than a prison. Yet oddly enough they have a nice jiggle to them so you can see them bounce every once-in-a-while. Why did the author decide to go for realistic fan service. We all know that tits that are not locked down in a smallish outfit are pretty much bound to fall out. Yet this is an anime you are give the power of impenetrable clothing. That makes the fan service just that much better.

However in this anime the fan service is ruined because you just get to stare at chests and the occasional crotch. Did you notice how few of the submission moves that were used did not stick the chest WAY to far out? Not to mention the camera always seemed to miss when you went down to show the pain. First we get a nice frame up of the boobs and wait for the scream then we can move to the head or we can pan over to the person doing the Boston crab and look at a crotch for a bit. Yes that seems like it would be fun. I mean if the girl was wearing a skirt you could at least pretend like the skirt would not fall down because of the amazing wrestling skills.

Speaking of skills, did you notice how a females' boob size varied based upon what level they were? I mean yeah none were flat by any stretch of the imagination. However, those who were at the top always had a HUGE rack. All the secondary wrestlers had an average cup size going on. Well minus Sakura who was at the top of her idol group which allowed her the boob upgrade. I mean even the fat chick had small boobs compared to the champions. It is like having a skill makes your boobs grow no matter what you do. Then again when have anime boobs ever been reasonable.

All in all, despite my best efforts to not let the fact that the whole ponit of this anime was to allow fanservice ruin a potentially good anime to watch. Sadly, the anime failed me miserably. I guess this is why animes like Free and other such animes have guys in them. I mean you can watch a good story driven anime which is fun to watch and be a part of and not have to worry about the nonsense that gets spewed when the anime is clearly trying to glorify females being hot and sexy. It is such a waste to see an anime with a good idea go to waste, but I guess that there are not as many male idol groups in the Japan to really make the anime a relateable one.
