I guess a better way of saying that is Inconsistency. I really have no idea what happened in this series. Sadly the anime is too big for just 12 episodes. However, I guess that animes like this fail easily. After all, this felt like the only reason to make and watch it was the panty shots and the occasional bounciness. That is also emphasized to a bit too much of an extreme for me.

After all, I think the smallest cup size at the school was... uhh I guess Himegami was the one with the smallest chest. After all, they were constantly making fun of her for it. Otherwise there was more than enough bounce for every girl there. It was kind of funny. I mean I think all the teachers were no smaller than an E cup or whatever. Those are some big boobies.

However, I guess big boobies are useful in unused characters. That is another flaw of the series. Too many of the characters appear to play a part. However, most go unused for the most part. Yes they might get one or two episodes of development. However, after that they were relegated to being little more than NPCs. They were there, they walked around, bounced around, and seemed to have an aversion to wearing clothing. Either way they were there right? So at the end things can get confusing because these characters reappear and do something. Of course that is something you need to have happen when the story is forced through a fine mesh screen.

Again who decided this was a good idea? They took what could have been a cool universe and tried to wrap it up too soon. At the end they were just forcing chunks of story and character development into this anime. The last episode did not even make sense because the bad guys were not properly developed. Nothing made sense in this series. They spent so much time on the high school love love that they forgot that there was an actual universe around them. With inner workings that allow for a story to become good an interesting. Nope they just stuffed the thing full and say "Goog"

So like I said, this series has such wasted potential. Maybe if the boobs and panty shots and poor Takeru getting to look at panties all day long was a secondary portion of the anime. Then maybe it would have been a tolerable anime. If the story had been built and condensed properly. Again a good anime. However, none of that happened. So now I get to sit here and wonder how easy it will be to find the manga.
