So I have to hand this series credit. Instead of giving all the umm... crap what were they call again... I cannot remember.. so I will say summoners. Summoners super magical powers. They made their only magical trait the fact that they can summon dolls. Otherwise they are just the same flesh and blood humans as we are. Yes some of them make a few magical appearances and have a few magical traits. However, they are there... well I do not know why they are there. Either way that makes the series more enjoyable. That and the fact that the artwork is different.

I know that this style has been done before. However, it feels like they did it right. Really the story drives this series more than the art. This is one of the few series that does not really use sex appeal. Yes on occasion they have Hibino flash everyone. However, that is really it. If anything Hibino looks weird with her really big boobs.

Otherwise there is a very rich plot to this one. Plenty of paths that can be taken to bring the story to life. This one was a bit rushed. I really think this episode needed to be a 26 episode season and not a 13 episode season. However, that is not my call. On well lets hope that season two is better.
